On August 19, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered in plenary session the issue of suitability of judges of local and appellate courts with the positions held.

Following the meeting, the Commission made the decisions:

Three members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine participated in the meeting of Panel № 4: Lyudmyla Volkova, Roman Kydysiuk, and Ruslan Sydorovych.

The meeting of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by 13 members of the Commission in plenary session: Mykhailo Bohonis, LyudmylaVolkova, Vitalii Gatseliuk, Yaroslav Dukh, Roman Kydysiuk, Oleh Koliush, Volodymyr Luhanskyi, Ruslan Melnyk, Oleksii Omelian, Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash, Ruslan Sydorovych, Serhii Chumak.

Three members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took part in the meeting of Panel № 4: Vitalii Gatseliuk, Oleh Koliush, and Ruslan Melnyk.

1. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided:

To determine that the judge of the Shargorod District Court of Vinnytsia Region Ihor Voynarovskyi, scored 710 points in the qualification evaluation for the position held.

To recognize the judge of the Sharhorodskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast Ihor Voinarovskyi as suitable for the position held.

Three members of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine participated in the meeting of Panel № 3: Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash, and Serhii Chumak.

1. The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to postpone until October 03, 2024, consideration of the issue of studying the dossier, conducting an interview and determining the results of the qualification evaluation of judge of the Kyiv District Administrative Court Petro Kovzel for suitability with the position held.

On August 14, 2024, the Commission decided to approve the results of the exam taken by judges on July 30, 2024, as part of the qualification evaluation for suitability with the position held.

On August 12, 2024, the Commission decided to approve the results of the exam passed by judges on August 1, 2024, as part of the qualification evaluation for suitability with the position held and the qualification evaluation in connection with the imposition of a disciplinary sanction.

The plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by 14 members of the Commission: Mykhailo Bohonis, Lyudmyla Volkova, Vitalii Gatseliuk, Yaroslav Dukh, Roman Kydysiuk, Nadiia Kobetska, Oleh Koliush, Volodymyr Luhanskyi, Ruslan Melnyk, Oleksii Omelian, Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash, Ruslan Sydorovych, and Halyna Shevchuk.

The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to elect a member of the Commission Oleksii Omelian as the Deputy Chairman of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine for a one-year term.

The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to elect a member of the Commission Serhii Chumak as the Secretary of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine for a one-year term.
