On November 24 and 25, 2023, the Roundtable “Judicial integrity and professional ethics: standards and practice of evaluation” was held in Kyiv. On November 24, 2023, the Steering Committee Meeting of the EU Project “Pravo-Justice” II was held with the Chairman of the Commission Roman Ihnatov taking part therein.
The participants of the meeting summed up the results of the current phase of the Project, discussed the results of each of its components with the national judicial bodies.

In accordance with the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine dated September 14, 2023 № 94/zp-23, a competition was announced to fill 532 vacant judges positions of appellate court judges.
On December 7, 2023 the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meetings, considered upholding the decisions of the Commission’s Panels made within the framework of the qualification evaluation procedure for judges of local and appellate courts for their suitability for the position.
