On February 26, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine determined that the form of submission of documents for participation in the competition for 25 vacant positions of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court announced by the Commission’s decision of November 23, 2023, № 145/zp-23 (as amended by the Commission’s decision of January 23, 2024, № 26/zp-24) is electronic (by submitting on the official website of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine).
On February 26, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of correspondence of judges of local and appellate courts to their positions held.
Based on the results of the meeting, the Commission made the following decisions:

The judges passed the qualification evaluation and were recognized by the Commission as suitable for the position.
Taking into account the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission decided to recommend:
On February 22, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meeting, considered the issue of extension the deadline for submission of an Extract from the Register of State Certificate of Proficiency in the State Language or a copy of the State Certificate of Proficiency in the State Language until March 13, 2024, for candidates participating in the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal.
On February 22, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 16 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
