Two judges were recognized as not corresponding to the position held

On February 19, 2024, the Panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meetings, held interviews and determined the results of the qualification evaluation of six local court judges for correspondence to the position held.

Based on the results of the qualification evaluation for compliance to the position held, the Commission made the following decisions:

Commission recommends the appointment of eight winners of the competition to the position of a judge, one was rejected in a recommendation

On February 15, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with nine winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.

Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:

The issue of dossier examination, holding of an interview and results of qualification evaluation of a judge for the position held was considered

On February 14, 2024, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, has postponed the interview with Hanna Andriienko, judge of the Oktiabrskyi District Court of Poltava City as part of the qualification evaluation of local court judge for correspondence to the position held.

The Commission recommends the appointment of 24 winners of the competition to the position of a judge

On February 13, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 28 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.

Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:

By the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine № 39/зп-24 of February 8, 2024, it has been decided to publish the Report of the Working Group on verification of the information on possible russian citizenship of the Chairman of the Commission Roman Ihnatov.

Commission recognized Pavlo Vovk as such who did not confirm his ability to administer justice in the Administrative Cassation Court within the Supreme Court

On February 12, 2024, the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of confirming or not confirming the ability of the candidate for the position of a judge of the Administrative Cassation Court within the Supreme Court, Pavlo Vovk, to administer justice in the relevant court.
