To the attention of public organizations and unions!
To assist the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in determining whether a judge (or candidate for the position of judge) meets the criteria of professional ethics and integrity for the purposes of qualification evaluation, a Public Integrity Council shall be formed.

According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.

Please be informed, that in order to assist military personnel in participating in the selection process for the position of local court judge, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has established a special procedure for the submission of documents.

According to part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, a judge may, with his or her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a submission from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
