In accordance with part one of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, by a decision of the High Council of Justice adopted on the basis of a proposal from the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a judge may, with his/her consent, be seconded to another court of the same level and specialization to administer justice.
