The meeting in Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by three members of the Commission: Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash, Serhii Chumak.
1. High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided to admit Yurii Pikh to the qualification evaluation and participation in the competition for 550 vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine № 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, (as amended).
