The meeting in Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine was attended by three members of the Commission: Oleksii Omelyan, Andrii Pasichnyk, Roman Sabodash.
1. Based on the results of the interviews with the winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced by the Commission’s decision № 95/zp-23 of September 14, 2023, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has decided:
1.1. To recommend Olena Lavreniuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kozivskyi Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast.
1.2. To postpone the consideration of the issue of Taras Lishchyna.
1.3. To recommend Vladyslav Samukha for appointment to the position of a judge of the Fastivskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast.
1.4. To postpone the consideration of the issue of Tetiana Zaitseva.
1.5. To recommend Nataliia Kovalenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Pervomaiskyi City-Raion Court of Mykolayiv Oblast.
1.6. To postpone the consideration of the issue of Tetiana Titova.
1.7. To recommend Kateryna Rybitska for appointment to the position of a judge of the Leninskyi District Court of Mykolayiv City.
1.8. To recommend Oleksandr Nevhad for appointment to the position of a judge of the Tarashchanskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast.
1.9. To postpone the consideration of the issue of Oleksandr Kaplia.
1.10. To recommend Mykola Rusyn for appointment to the position of a judge of the Olevskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast.
