The checking of practical assignments performed by candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court by members of the examination commissions is ongoing.
In order to inform participants of the qualification exam of the results of the practical assignments, the Commission has decided to publish them on the official website immediately after the review and approval of the coded results.
On March 11, 2026, the coded results of the practical assignment in the specialisation of local general court (fourth stage of the qualification exam) were approved: completed on October 14, 2025 by participants in the second group and on October 15, 2025 by participants in the first group of candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.

Please be reminded that a coefficient of 2 is applied to calculate the score that a participant receives for completing a practical assignment in the specialisation of the relevant court.
The passing score for the fourth stage of the qualification exam is 75 per cent of the maximum possible score, or 112,5 points.
In accordance with paragraph 6.2 of Section 6 of the Regulations on the Procedure for Taking the Qualification Examination and the Methodology for Evaluating Candidates, the decoded results of the practical assignment will be approved after all the work has been checked and assessed within the relevant specialisation of the local court.
The specifics of performing the practical assignment within the qualification exam for candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court, approved by the Commission’s decision of September 19, 2025 No. 173/zp -25, it is determined that the participant has the right to familiarise themselves with their own notebook for performing the practical assignment and all assessments (examination sheet for assessing the practical assignment) only after the Commission has made a decision to approve the decoded results of the qualification exam (stage).
