On January 17, 2024, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a recommendation to second judges to another court of the same tier and specialization for the administration of justice.
Due to the detection of an excessive level of judicial workload, the Commission decided to make a submission to the High Council of Justice, recommending for secondment:
• Pavlo Pryhuza, judge of the Commercial Court of Kherson Oblast, to the Commercial Court of Transcarpathian Oblast (for a period of eight months);
• Svitlana Dulianytska, judge of the Zaporizhya Circuit Administrative Court, to the Rivne Circuit Administrative Court (for a period of one year).
