On May 27, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine took a decision approving the ranking of candidates for vacant positions of judges at the Odesa Court of Appeal based on the results of the qualification assessment conducted within the competition announced by the Decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 94/zp-23 of September 14, 2023 (as amended).
The issue of recommending candidates for appointment of judges will be considered by the plenary composition of the Commission on June 08, 2026.

Furthermore, the Commission had terminated the qualification assessment of 4 judges for suitability for the position held, as these judges, within the framework of the competition procedure, had confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.
