On August 14, 2023, a meeting of representatives of public associations was held at the premises of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, where 20 members of the Public Integrity Council were elected.
The meeting was attended by public associations that were determined by the Commission to meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”.
As a result of the voting, 20 members of the Public Integrity Council were elected:

For reference. According to Article 87 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, the Public Integrity Council is established with the purpose of assisting the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine in determining the eligibility of a judge (a judicial candidate) in terms of the criteria of professional ethics and integrity for the purpose of qualification evaluation.
It is worth reminding that the Public Integrity Council is elected for the third time. The term of office of the first PIC members was 2016 – 2018, and the term of the second PIC members was 2018 – 2020.
