On September 14, 2026, special joint sessions of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and the Expert Council will commence as part of the competitions for the positions of judges at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
The sessions will consider whether candidates for the positions of judges at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court (SCAC) and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal (SACA) meet the criteria of integrity and professional competence as part of the qualification assessment procedure.
Four candidates will take part in the first joint session, which will take place on September 14, 2026:
Oleh Anisimov (candidate for the position of a judge at the SACA);
Volodymyr Bevza (candidate for the position of a judge at the SCAC and SACA);
Yurii Hlomb (candidate for the position of a judge of the SCAC and the SACA);
Dmytro Hurin (candidate for the position of a judge of the SCAC and the SACA).
Venue of the sessions
Candidates are hereby informed that the joint sessions of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and the Expert Council will be held at the following address: 100, Velyka Vasylkivska St., Kyiv.
Information on upcoming joint sessions, as well as the list of candidates taking part in them, will be published on the official website of the Commission.
Please be reminded that these are the first competitions for the positions of judges in the newly established specialised administrative courts. The Commission is conducting a selection process for 27 vacant positions: 17 at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and 10 at the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
