On October 07, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal were determined.

During the special background check, information regarding the candidate was obtained and assessed to determine her compliance with the criteria of professional ethics and integrity during the interview and in the process of establishing the results of the qualification assessment. The candidate was found not to have confirmed her ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal. |
Please be reminded, that 33 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 16 vacant positions of judges in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 12 candidates: 5 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 4 candidates did not confirm this, and interviews with 3 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
