On October 06, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in Panels, an interview was conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of a candidate for the position of judge at the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal were determined.
As a result of the qualification assessment, Oleksandr Hnatiuk scored 680.7 points. The Panel decided to submit for consideration by the Commission in plenary session the issue of confirming his ability to administer justice in a general appellate court.
It should be recalled that 33 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 16 vacant judicial positions in the Zaporizhzhia Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews have been conducted with 10 candidates, of whom: 4 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general appellate court, 3 candidates did not confirm such ability, interviews with 3 candidates will be conducted at a plenary session of the Commission.
