Competition for the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal: One Candidate Failed to Confirm Her Ability to Administer Justice

On March 11, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the panel conducted an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of Oleksandra Tuntula, a candidate for the position of judge at the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal.

According to the results of the qualification assessment, Oleksandra Tuntula scored 429,57 points. The panel decided to recognise the candidate as not having confirmed her ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal.

Please be reminded that 23 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 21 vacant positions of judges in the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 14 candidates: 8 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 5 candidates failed to confirm it, and 1 candidate will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
