Competition for the Kyiv Court of Appeal: One Candidate Confirmed The Ability to Administer Justice

On January 15, 2026, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of four candidates for the positions of judges in the Kyiv Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 93 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 45 vacant positions of judges at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 11 candidates: 3 candidates confirmed the ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 3 candidates did not confirm this ability, and interviews with 5 candidates will be held at the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
