On September 08, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of one candidate for the position of a judge to administer justice at the general court of appeal was considered.
Based on the results of the session, Mykhailo Tarhonii failed to confirm the ability to administer justice at the Rivne Court of Appeal.
Please be reminded that 23 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 12 vacant positions of judges in the Rivne Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 23 candidates: 11 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 5 candidates failed to confirm it, and 7 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
