On October 07, 2025, at a session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in Panels, an interview was conducted and the results of the qualification assessment of a candidate for the position of judge at the Chernihiv Court of Appeal were determined.
As a result of the qualification assessment, Yurii Kutovyi scored 698.89 points. The Panel decided to recognise the candidate as having confirmed his ability to administer justice in a general appellate court.
It should be recalled that 40 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 22 vacant judicial positions in the Chernihiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews have been conducted with 6 candidates, of whom: 2 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general appellate court, interviews with 4 candidates will be conducted at a plenary session of the Commission.
