The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in plenary session, considered the issue of terminating the participation of six candidates in competitions for vacant judicial positions.
Based on the results of the session, the following candidates were disqualified from the competition for the High Anti-Corruption Court:
- Stanislav Nesterenko;
- Maksym Hloba;
- Pavlo Shtifonov;
- Oleksandr Kitov.
The following candidates have withdrawn from the competition for the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal:
- Yurii Badiukov;
- Kateryna Remez.
Kateryna Remez also withdrew from the competition for vacant positions of judges in the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court, and Pavlo Shtifonov withdrew from the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal.
