On January 17, 2024, the Panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, at its meeting, considered the issue of submitting a motion to the High Council of Justice to dismiss a judge of the Donetsk Circuit Administrative Court from the position held.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the judge Olena Halatina was recognized as not corresponding to the position held. The Commission decided to submit a motion to the HCJ for dismissal of the judge Olena Halatina of the Donetsk Circuit Administrative Court.
