On January 14, 2026, at the session of the First and Second Chambers of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, issues were considered regarding the submission of a motion with a recommendation for the secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
Due to changes in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a motion with a recommendation for secondment of the following judges for a period of one year:
- a judge of the Toretskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast, Valerii Myhalevych, to the Apostolivskyy Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- a judge of the Dobropilskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast, Vladlena Kornieieva, to the Apostolivskyy Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- a judge of the Marinskyi Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast, Yana Shkarlat, to the Apostolivskyy Raion Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- a judge of the Central District Court of Mariupol City of Donetsk Oblast, Iryna Melnyk, to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of the Dnipro City.
Due to an excessive level of judicial workload in certain courts, the Commission also decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a recommendation for secondment of the following judges for a period of one year:
- a judge of the Sheptytskyi Town Court of Lviv Oblast, Yuliia Demianovska, to the Pustomytivskyi Raion Court of Lviv Oblast;
- a judge of the Pokrovskyi District Court of the Kryvyi Rih City of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Rostyslav Dekhta, to the Dniprovskyi District Court of the Kyiv City;
- a judge of the Holosiivskyi District Court of the Kyiv City, Alla Slobodianiuk, to the Dniprovskyi District Court of the Kyiv City.
