On March 14, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 14 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Olha Shvets for appointment to the position of a judge of the Vilnianskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast;
- Alona Shkolna for appointment to the position of a judge of the Khrystynivskyi Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast;
- Olena Tkachuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Poltavskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Anna Topalova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City-Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Sviatoslav Popadiuk for appointment to the position of a judge of Orzhytskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Ruslan Rabchun for appointment to the position of a judge of the Obukhivskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Volodymyr Bevza for appointment to the position of a judge of the Poltava Circuit Administrative Court;
- Serhii Illiuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Polonskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast;
- Marharyta Iholnikova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Novomoskovskyi City-District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
The recommendation to appoint was rejected:
- Viktoriia Sova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Malynovskyi District Court of Odessa City;
- Roman Yevtsenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Velykomykhailivskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Liubomyr Tsebryk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Biliaivskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast.
The interview was postponed for Olena Tykhonova and Yurii Storozhenko.
