On September 08, 2026, at the plenary session the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine the issue of terminating the participation of three candidates in the competitions for vacant positions of judges was considered.
Based on the results of the session, the following candidates were excluded from the competition for the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court:
- Ihor Korzhuk;
- Oleksiі Huzovatyi;
- Oleksiі Nikolenko.
Oleksii Nikolenko was also excluded from the competition for vacant positions of judges at the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
