On January 23, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has started interviews with the winners of the competition for vacant positions of judges in the local courts, announced on September 14, 2023. Throughout the day, the Commission members in three Panels conducted interviews with 18 winners of the competition, 15 of whom got recommendations for the appointment.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Olha Pasechnik for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kharkiv Circuit Administrative Court;
- Mariia Sadova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kharkiv Circuit Administrative Court;
- Vitalii Shepeliuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Volyn Circuit Administrative Court;
- Dmytro Lemishchak for appointment to the position of a judge of the Zhytomyr Circuit Administrative Court;
- Svitlana Nesterchuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Commercial Court of Zhytomyr Oblast;
- Oleksandr Maksymchuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Rivne Circuit Administrative Court;
- Anna Slaston for appointment to the position of a judge of the Dnipropetrovsk Circuit Administrative Court;
- Alla Shyrant for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kharkiv Circuit Administrative Court;
- Nazar Stetsyk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Volyn Circuit Administrative Court;
- Mykola Yuzkiv for appointment to the position of a judge of the Ternopil Circuit Administrative Court;
- Yevhen Bondarenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Dnipropetrovsk Circuit Administrative Court;
- Liliia Mosiichuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Zhytomyr Circuit Administrative Court;
- Iryna Bilera for appointment to the position of a judge of the Chudnivskyi Raion Court of Zhytomyr Oblast;
- Dmytro Babenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Odessa Circuit Administrative Court;
- Mariia Dubina for appointment to the position of a judge of the Chernihiv Circuit Administrative Court;
A break was announced in the interview with Roman Karavan and until February 13, 2024, with Serhii Hurskyi.
The Commission has postponed the interview with Sofiia Kvasha.
Please be informed that a total of 434 winners of the competition to hold vacant positions of local court judges have to be interviewed.
