Decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine № 25/zp-24 as of January 23, 2024 amended the terms and conditions and the announcement of the competition for vacant positions of judges in the courts of appeal announced by the Commission on September 14, 2023.
Please be informed that a person who participates in the competition and is not a judge is obliged to submit declarations of family relations and integrity of a candidate for the position of a judge annually by May 1st.
