On July 15, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine will launch a qualification exam for candidates for the position of a local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.
The first stage of the exam – testing of knowledge of the history of Ukrainian statehood – will be held in accordance with the approved schedule; no postponement of the date and time of the test is foreseen (except for military personnel).
The participation of a candidate admitted to the exam (the relevant stage of the exam) in its passing is mandatory; failure to appear at the relevant stage of the exam does not prevent its passing.
