Please be informed, that a person who participates in the competition and is not obliged to submit an annual declaration of a person authorised to perform the functions of the state or local self-government is obliged to submit such a declaration as a candidate for the position of a judge annually by April 1, by filling it out on the official website of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.
We also note that a person who participates in the competition and is not a judge is obliged to submit declarations of family ties and integrity of a candidate for the position of a judge annually by May, 1.
