On March 12, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 24 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Vira Oliinyk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Novovorontsovskyi Raion Court of Kherson Oblast;
- Dmytro Startanovych for appointment to the position of a judge of the Tsentralno-Miskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih City;
- Tetiana Ruban for appointment to the position of a judge of the Vasylkivskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Vitalii Ponomar for appointment to the position of a judge of the Sosnivskyi District Court of Cherkasy City;
- Oleh Denysov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Podilskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Dmytro Dydarets for appointment to the position of a judge of the Nizhynskyi City-Raion Court of Chernihiv Oblast;
- Oleh Malaniuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Avdiivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast;
- Dmytro Ivashchenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kotovskyi City-Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Olha Smovzh for appointment to the position of a judge of the Zvenyhorodskyi Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast;
- Olena Somok for appointment to the position of a judge of the Bilotserkivskyi City-Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Volodymyr Frantsevych for appointment to the position of a judge of the Suvorovskyi District Court of Odessa City;
- Roman Khodachynskyi for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kamin-Kashyrskyi Raion Court of Volyn Oblast;
- Oksana Sinitsyna for appointment to the position of a judge of the Makarivskyi Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast;
- Andrii Pukalo for appointment to the position of a judge of the Obolonskyi District Court of Kyiv City;
- Olena Rotmistrenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Velykobereznianskyi Raion Court of Transcarpathian Oblast;
- Yosyp Syrko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kaluskyi City-Raion Court of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast;
- Valentyna Syrotenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Ordzhonikidzevskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia City.
The recommendation to appoint was rejected:

Anastasiia Kozlenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Myrhorodskyi City-Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;

Oleksandr Malyi for appointment to the position of a judge of the Ternopilskyi City-Raion Court of Ternopil Oblast.
Participation in the competition has been terminated for Eduard Masiuk.
The interview was postponed for Inna Mykhalevych, Yevhen Sorokolit, Adrian Dutkovskyi, Roman Topikha.
