On September 09, 2026, at the plenary session the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of terminating the participation of two candidates in the competition to fill vacant positions of judges at the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court was considered.
Based on the results of the session, Vasyl Kharchuk and Dmytro Kravets withdrew from the competition for the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court.
