On April 15, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, sitting in plenary session, considered the issue of terminating the participation of two candidates in the selection process for the position of a judge of a local court, announced by the Commission’s Decision No. 366/zp-24 of December 11, 2024.
Following the results of the session, the participation of the following candidates was terminated:
- Oleksandr Sukhomlyn;
- Vasyl Vitiuk.
