Please be informed that on April 14, 2026, testing of cognitive abilities was conducted for 194 candidates as the second stage of the qualification exams within the competitions for vacant positions of judges in the Specialised Circuit Administrative Court and the Specialised Administrative Court of Appeal.
Coded results of the testing have been established in respect of 193 candidates:
- 57 candidates failed to achieve the minimum admissible and passing score;
- 136 candidates achieved the minimum admissible and passing score, of whom:
73 candidates scored between 33,14 and 39,95 points;
56 candidates scored between 40,28 and 49,81 points;
7 candidates scored between 50,14 and 54,74 points.

Candidates who have achieved a score of not less than 55 per cent of the maximum possible score (33 points inclusive and above) are admitted to the third stage of the qualification exams (testing on general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge in the relevant court’s specialisation).
