On March 04, 2026, the Commission decided to schedule a qualification assessment to confirm the ability to administer justice:
- of Nataliіa Tserkovna, a judge of the Commercial Court of Rivne Oblast;
- of Ivan Olenchuk, a judge of the Novoselytsia District Court of Chernivtsi Oblast;
- of Iryna Blazhko, a judge of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Poltava City.
The following sequence of stages for the qualification assessment has been determined:
first – completing the qualification exam;
second – dossier study and interview.
Commission draws the attention of judges to the fact that the qualification assessment will be conducted in accordance with:
