
On March 05, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the panel conducted an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of Olha Shevchenko, a candidate for the position of judge at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
According to the results of the qualification assessment, Olha Shevchenko scored 673,33 points. The panel decided to recognise the candidate as not having confirmed her ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal based on the criterion of personal competence.
Please be reminded that 93 candidates applied to participate in the competition for
45 vacant positions of judges in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 25 candidates: 10 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 9 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 6 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission. One candidate withdrew from the competition.
