Competition to the administrative courts of appeal: two candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice

On July 01, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of two candidates for the positions of judges of administrative courts of appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

A total of 64 candidates were interviewed: 27 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, 20 candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, and 17 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary of the Commission.
