By May 01, 2025, judges must submit declarations for the following period:
declaration of family ties of a judge – for 2020 – 2024;
declaration of judicial integrity – for 2024.
These declarations can be submitted by following the link or in the subsection “Submit declarations” of the “Declarations” section of the Commission’s official website.
Please note that according to the new rules, the integrity declaration is submitted after submitting the declaration of family ties and the declaration of a person authorised to perform state or local government functions.
Within the time limit established by law for submission of a judge’s integrity declaration, the declarant may correct errors in the submitted declaration by submitting a new declaration. In this case, the last submitted declaration is considered valid. Amendments to the declaration after the statutory deadline for its submission are not allowed.
The judge may clarify, amend or supplement the information in the declaration of family ties within the specified period by filing a second declaration, indicating the reasons for the clarification, amendment or supplementation.
