On April 23, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, interviewed 16 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interview, the Commission decided to recommend the appointment of:
- Olena Kuts as a judge of the Zhovtnevyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk City;
- Ivan Voloshyn as a judge of the Baltskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Viacheslav Lutsiuk as a judge of the Tatarbunarskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Yevhen Lohin as a judge of the Konotopskyi City-Raion Court of Sumy Oblast;
- Myroslava Kunets as a judge of the Lokhvytskyi Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Yulia Valovin as a judge of the Stryiskyi City-Raion Court of Lviv Oblast;
- Andrii Melnyk as a judge of the Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast.
The recommendation for appointment was denied:
- Maksym Kucheruk for the position of a judge of Kirovskyi District Court of Kirovohrad City;
- Oleksandr Soproniuk for the position of a judge of Volodymyr-Volynskyi City Court of Volyn Oblast;
- Adrian Dutkovskyi for the position of a judge of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv City.
Participation in the competition of Mariіa Markova, Yurіі Storozhenko, and Yuliіa Dmytrenko has been suspended.
Interviews with Maryna Troian and Olga Liashko were postponed.
A break in the interview with Roman Topikha was announced.
