On March 7, 2024, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in Panels, held interviews with 18 winners of the competition for vacant positions of local court judges announced on September 14, 2023.
Based on the results of the interviews, the Commission decided to recommend for the appointment:
- Serhii Makeiev for appointment to the position of a judge of Lubny Town and Rayon Court in Rivne Oblast;
- Iryna Podkopaieva for appointment to the position of a judge of the Zavodskyi District Court of Dniprodzerzhynsk Town;
- Iryna Turchyn-Kukarina for appointment to the position of a judge of the Teofipolskyi Raion Court of Khmelnytskyi Oblast;
- Viacheslav Harkusha for appointment to the position of a judge of the Samarskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk City;
- Ihor Patramanskyi for appointment to the position of a judge of the Tyvrivskyi Raion Court of Vinnytsia Oblast;
- Oleksii Usikov for appointment to the position of a judge of the Voznesenskyi City-Raion Court of Mykolayiv Oblast;
- Olha Mykhaliuk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Liubashivskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Ruslan Smaliukh for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kovelskyi City-Raion Court of Volyn Oblast;
- Lesia Rudalieva for appointment to the position of a judge of the Lubenskyi City-Raion Court of Poltava Oblast;
- Konstiantyn Tsyrfa for appointment to the position of a judge of the Kyivskyi District Court of Odessa City;
- Oleksandra Prudnikova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Derhachivskyi Raion Court of Kharkiv Oblast;
- Taisiia Solonenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Dobrovelychkivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast;
- Iryna Novasardova for appointment to the position of a judge of the Ordzhonikidzevskyi District Court of Zaporizhzhia City;
- Kyrylo Oliinyk for appointment to the position of a judge of the Tatarbunarskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast;
- Nataliia Panchenko for appointment to the position of a judge of the Tatarbunarskyi Raion Court of Odessa Oblast.
Participation in the competition has been terminated for Pavlo Polishchuk and Dmytro Pynchuk.
The interview was postponed for Dmytro Maksymenko.
