Andrii Pasichnyk was appointed as a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by the decision of the High Council of Justice dated June 1, 2023.
He holds a scientific degree of a Candidate of Juridical Sciences (2012), an academic title of Associate Professor (2015). Mr. Pasichnyk is an author of more than thirty scientific works in law. He is an advocate and practiced corporate, civil and administrative law until 2020. He studied management at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
In 2020–2023, Andrii Pasichnyk headed the Department of Full Inspections of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention. He has considerable experience in prevention and fight against corruption, implementation of digital tools in the work of the state body, project management.
Andrii Pasichnyk is the Сhairman of the Commission – Head of the First Chamber and a member of the Third Panel of the Commission. He is a member of the Commission on the Issues of the Higher Corps of Civil Service in the System of Justice, which operates under the High Council of Justice. He is the Head of the working group on corruption risk assessment in the Commission.
