On November 13, 2023, the next Monday, the qualification evaluation of judges will be resumed. Under prior agreements, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine and the Public Integrity Council have agreed upon a list of indicators determining that a judge or a candidate for the position of a judge does not meet the criteria of integrity and professional ethics, as well as the principles of their application. This decision will ensure a unified approach to the assessment of judges and enhance the quality of the procedure.
The HQCJ and the PIC have agreed to hold regular meetings to continue working on improving the indicators.
