In connection with numerous requests of candidates for the position of a judge regarding the return of applications and documents submitted for competition participation to hold 346 positions of appellate courts judges announced by Commission’s decision dated August 09, 2019, № 154/zp-19, which was canceled by Commission’s decision dated September 14, 2023, № 91/zp-23, please be informed about the following information.
In accordance with part 6 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”, personal data subject has the right to receive any information about himself from any subject of relations associated with personal data, given the provision of information specified in Paragraph 1, Part 4 of this Article.
Bearing in mind the above, when sending requests, we ask you to provide the information specified in paragraph 1, part 4 of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”, namely: full name, place of residence (stay), details of the document certifying the individual submitting the request.
At the same time, please be informed that the application and documents submitted for participation in the competition for holding 346 positions of appellate courts judges can be got back in person at the premises of the Commission (Kyiv, 9 General Shapoval Street, room 113) on weekdays: Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with displaying a document certifying the individual.
